Privacy policy

I collect what you type into my forms, along with basic data about your visit. It is used to reply to you and to measure my own advertising, and it is never sold.
Who this covers
Ahmed Imran PPC LLC runs this website and its landing pages. I work alone, so “I” in this policy means me and the business. The policy covers:

- lead forms I run through Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram
What I collect
- What you type into a form. Depending on the form, that means your name, business name, email, phone number and website, plus your answers to its questions, such as your monthly ad spend.
- What Meta passes on from a lead form. Meta can prefill fields such as your name and email from your profile. You can edit them, and nothing reaches me until you tap submit.
- Visit data. The tools listed below record things like the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location based on IP address, and the ad or link that brought you here.
I don’t ask for payment details, and none of my forms collect sensitive personal information.
How I use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if it makes sense for both of us, book a strategy call.
- To prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
- To see which ads and pages produce inquiries, so I stop paying for the ones that don’t.
- To build advertising audiences, for example so people who already contacted me stop seeing my ads.
I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for me
These companies process data on my behalf, each under its own privacy policy. I share information with them only so they can do that job.
- Vercel hosts all four sites. On the landing pages, its Web Analytics counts visits without setting cookies.
- Resend delivers the email that tells me a form was submitted.
- Google runs Tag Manager and Analytics on ahmedimranppc.com, and the Google Ads tag on some landing pages. These measure visits and conversions.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click on ahmedimranppc.com, so I can find pages that confuse people.
- Meta receives visit and form submission events from the Meta pixel on all four sites, and hosts the lead forms I run in Meta ads.
- Cal.com handles booking if you pick a call time.
I may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
The Google, Microsoft and Meta tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. You can also manage how Meta and Google use your data for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences and myadcenter.google.com.
How long I keep it
Form submissions stay in my email while they are useful for our conversation or any work that follows. After that I delete them. Visit data is kept by each tool under its own retention settings. You can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Email me if you want a copy of what I hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted. I reply within 30 days. If you would rather I stop contacting you, say so and I will.
Children
These sites are for business owners. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and I limit access to the inbox and ad accounts that hold lead details. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t put anything in a form that you wouldn’t put in an email.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
