[ THE SITUATION ]

Dandi Fertility sells IVF care kits, a medical product in one of Google's most restricted ad categories. The account started from zero in January 2025 with a 2.5x break even target and the usual healthcare policy limits on what ads can say and show.

Search plus Performance Max from day one

I launched a mix of search campaigns and Performance Max together, so high intent searches converted immediately while PMax gathered signal across the funnel.

Worked inside the medical policy limits

Healthcare ads get limited by policy by default. I structured the ads and assets to clear review and keep serving where competitors get stuck.

Cut the cost curve fast

Month one closed at $5,000 in purchases at a $47 cost per conversion. Month two more than doubled revenue to $12,000 while the cost per conversion fell to $20.

[ THE RESULT ]

Two months in, the account had produced close to $18K in purchases at a blended $29 cost per conversion and a 6.62x ROAS, in a category where most advertisers struggle to even keep ads approved.
