A festive and wedding fashion ecommerce brand selling to a diaspora audience across several countries. The opportunity was occasion driven demand that spikes around events and seasons.

I ran Shopping and Performance Max on Target ROAS as the profit engine, structured so the best selling collections got the budget.

Geographic expansion, one market at a time

I expanded from the home market into the US, UK, and Gulf countries in deliberate steps, only scaling a market once it proved out.

Built branded search as demand grew

As the brand grew I added branded search, which held a 27 percent click through rate at 12.78x return, capturing the demand the brand had created.

Revenue grew about 476 percent year over year to CA$405K, while ROAS improved from 4.10x to 6.56x. I scaled spend 3.6x and improved the return at the same time.
